Smartgloves Exchange Policy
If you have purchased Rokoko Smartgloves and found that you require a different size, you are welcome to return your gloves within the 30-day return period (counting from the delivery date).
Please be aware that the Smartgloves must be received in good condition. If the gloves are damaged or have substantial wear and tear, the replacement Smartgloves will be billable.
Rokoko do not cover the cost of shipping the original Smartgloves back and subsequent shipping of the replacement.
The cost of shipping the original Smartgloves back to us varies depending on the country of origin.
The cost for shipping the replacement Smartgloves will be a flat fee of $50.
