Textile Exchange Policy
If you have purchased a Smartsuit Pro and found that you require a different size textile, you are welcome to return your textile to us within the 30-day return period (counting from the delivery date). After this point you will be required to purchase an additional textile for your Smartsuit.
Please be aware that the textile must be received in good condition. If the textile is damaged or has wear and tear, the replacement textile will be billable.
Rokoko do not cover the cost of shipping the original textile back and subsequent shipping of the replacement textile.
The cost of shipping the original textile back to us varies depending on the country of origin.
The cost for shipping the replacement textile will be a flat fee of $50.
