Can I replace a cable/sensor/hub?

If a cable, sensor or the hub of your Smartsuit Pro breaks or has to be changed for any reason, you can: 

  • Contact us to sales@rokoko.com to have it fixed under warranty (1 year counting from the day it was delivered to you), make sure to mention your order number.

  • Contact us to sales@rokoko.com or via our website chat to arrange for a repair service (pricing and details will be communicated upon contacting us)
