If you fail to connect your Smartsuit Pro through the HUB Wifi hotspot, please verify the following:

  1. Ensure that you have disabled any firewalls on your computer (computer and network firewalls), as they might interfere with the communication of the Hub to your computer. Learn more here

  2. For now, you can only switch back and forth once between the Hub Wifi Hotspot mode and regular external Wifi mode, without rebooting the Smartsuit Pro. Simply unplug the power bank and plug it back in, and then you can switch to Hotspot mode again. Learn more here.
