If you are trying to upgrade your Smartsuit Pro's firmware through the Smartsuit Studio by following the steps described in this article, but the upgrade fails for some reason, then:
- Disconnect the your Smartsuit's hun from the USB-C cable and also disconnect the battery, so that the Smartsuit is completely turned off.
- Now connect the battery again and a few seconds later connect the USB-C cable between the hub and your computer again.
- Go through firmware upgrade again.
